Dr. Bhuvaneshwaran Completed his MBBS in Tirunelveli Medical College and MD (Psychiatry) in the prestigious Madras Medical College and research institute. Trained in the national Institute Of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Bangalore under VKN,NIMHANS ECHO programme. Areas of interest and expertise in psychotherapy, counselling, Cognitive therapy,CBT ,Deaddiction and neurotic disorders. Speaker in schools, colleges and various educational institute and other forums in the field of positive psychology,educationalpsychology,stress management, motivation . Experience :
Initially Worked as Medical officer in govt primary health centre for 3 years and woking in the field of psychiatry and mental health for more than 8 years. Currently working as senior Assistant professor in the department of psychiatry in govtThoothukudi medical college & Hospital and practices as consultant Psychiatrist and psychotherapist in Tirunelveli. Also working as visiting consultant in various hospitals and clinics in,Tirunelveli,thoothukudi and kovilpatti and runs weekly outreach clinics in sankarankovil and kayalpattinam. To help people with problems in sleep , unhappy mood, anxious states, worriness, fear,guilt ,anger and distress due to family problems ,relationship problems or work stress and difficult to be shared with friends or family members.
