CHALLENGING CASE

Mandibular third molar #48
A/o done with endo access bur #1.

Pulp extripated, WL taken with Root zx mini.

Used Mani K files #8,10,15 endo rotary files.

Irrigated with sod.hypo 5.25% & Saline.

Post obturation orifices sealed with luting GIC followed by temporary restoration.
