In her teachings, my master shared an insightful perspective on Vatayanasana.

“It is believed that Kalki is described as the final incarnation of Vishnu, who appears at the end of Kali Yuga to kill the demons. According to the scriptures, Kalki will be atop a white horse and his sword will be drawn, blazing like a comet.
But we do not know if Kalki will really come or if we will be able to identify Kalki.

So, the real Kalki is not out there. The real Kalki is all of us.
All of us should play the role of Kalki to kill the demons not outside but inside of us using the weapon called Yoga (Spiritual practices) We have been blessed with this beautiful weapon called YOGA!
Using yoga we should let go of our negativity daily and purify ourselves ❤️”

I'm grateful to my dearest akka for this beautiful perspective and for connecting our hearts. Surprisingly, when I shared the asana picture with her, I learned that she also taught the same pose in her physical class. Our bond feels telepathic. 🫂❤️
