Simple Steps to Balance Your Digestion-

Most of us eat by the clock… not by our body’s signals.
But your digestion works best only when true hunger is present.
If you are not hungry at 12.30, you don’t have to force lunch.
Skipping a meal when your stomach is not ready actually helps your body finish digesting the previous food.
This gives your digestive system rest, resets your hunger, and builds a natural rhythm.

If your digestion is weak, skipping one or two meals initially can support healing.
Start observing your hunger.
Make a connection with your body.
