• Opt for iron-fortified cereals and bread.

2. Boost Iron Absorption
• Pair iron-rich foods with vitamin C sources like citrus fruits, tomatoes, and bell peppers.
• Avoid drinking tea or coffee with meals, as they inhibit iron absorption.

3. Ensure Adequate Intake of Vitamin B12 and Folate
• Include dairy products, eggs, and fortified cereals for vitamin B12.
• Add folate-rich foods like green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, and whole grains.

4. Avoid Nutrient Deficiencies
