STEP UP has 3 batches every day, 1 hour of intense work out , we make u do REEBOK style aerobics. step up has 1 combine batch at morning 6.30 to 7.30 am . afternoon a complete ladies batch with lady trainer at 11.00 am to 12.00 pm. evening ladies batch for college girls with lady trainer at 5.30 to 6.30 pm. Even we have a personal training program (P.T) for better and safe work outs . SO we have 3 gents trainer and a lady trainer. gym timings ll be morning 5.30 to 10.00 am and evening 5.30 to 10.00 pm . We have a monthly once body check up for all STEP UP students. we check and maintain your body fat%, water%, muscle%, body mass index (BMI) and body metabolic rate (BMR)


DIET BAR
STEP UP has a unique feature called diet bar.we help u out not only in work out even in your food , for better and faster results. we believe in 50% work out and 50% of diet . where we suggest a diet food for your particular metabolic rate and body type. here we provide u good and rich nutrition food like fresh fruits , vegetables, wheat bread , peanut butter, sprouts, egg white , chicken and veg sandwich etc.. DANCE
STEP UP has dance classes for adults and kids. we have national level dance instructors.we teach students all most all kinds of dance form like hip hop , bollywood style , free style , basic salsa , belly dance and even stunts ( head spin , cart wheel, baby freeze, back flip etc..) choreography also done hear for college and school fest , wedding dance , couple dance and party dance . timings : ADULTS Monday to Wednesday 6.30 to 7.30 pm. KIDS Friday and Saturday 6.30 to 7.30 pm. AQUA ZUMBA
We organize monthly once a fitness work out in a best swimming pool. a best cardio workout with out sweat and effective workout with music and fun. ABS studio
Every one need s a six pack and concentrate on there core muscle. so we have a ABS studio where we push your harder and harder to achieve your goal, A different painful abdominal workout with out lifting heavy weights or running miles . Every day morning 8.00 to 9.00 am and evening 8.00 to 9.00 pm
