*Lichen Planus with associated Urticaria and Hairfall Treatment at *
46 years old female came with complain of oral Lichen Planus affecting her teeth and buccal cavity. She had multiple decayed teeth . She also had difficulty in eating spicy or salty food which caused intolerable burning. She was found to have allergies to peanuts, citrus fruits, maize and mustard which caused swelling in the mouth and urticaria , on account of which she had to take anti-allergics frequently.
Along with this patient was also suffering from heavy hairfall and nutritional deficiencies.
On detailed case taking, Patient was given Natrum Mur 10 M single dose followed by Staphysagria in LM potency.
On follow up she mentioned that within a week she experienced remarkable improvement in burning in her mouth, she was now able to eat spicy food easily as well as the foods like peanuts, maize etc which earlier used to cause allergies.
Her hairfall improved markedly as well.
46 साल की महिला ओरल लाइकेन प्लेनस के दांतों और मुख गुहा को प्रभावित करने की शिकायत लेकर आई थी। उसके कई दांत खराब हो चुके थे। उसे मसालेदार या नमकीन खाना खाने में भी कठिनाई होती थी जिससे असहनीय जलन होती थी। मूंगफली, खट्टे फल, मक्का और सरसों से उन्हें एलर्जी थी, जिसके कारण उनके मुंह में सूजन और पित्ती हो गई थी, जिसके कारण उन्हें बार-बार एंटी-एलर्जी लेनी पड़ती थी।

विस्तृत केस लेने पर, रोगी को नैट्रम म्यूर 10 एम एकल खुराक दी गई और उसके बाद एलएम शक्ति में स्टेफिसैग्रिया दिया गया।
फॉलोअप करने पर उन्होंने बताया कि एक सप्ताह के भीतर उनके मुंह की जलन में उल्लेखनीय सुधार हुआ, वह अब मसालेदार भोजन आसानी से खाने के साथ-साथ मूंगफली, मक्का आदि जैसे खाद्य पदार्थ जो पहले एलर्जी पैदा करते थे, खाने में सक्षम थी।
उसके बालों के झड़ने में भी उल्लेखनीय सुधार हुआ।
