Few suggestions by Dr Nilesh patira(Trivanta hospital)
тЬУNow we have to make it a habit of "breathing through mask" whenever we r outside our home
( Whosoever u meet outside, take him as COVID positive)>>
тЬУ If we can carry our smartphones wherever v go, y can't we wear face masks! such a simple thing and effective also!
тЬУ If u feel suffocated with mask, ask a COVID patient (who has recovered) how he felt when he was gasping for breath for want of oxygen>>
тЬУAlso don't undermine the importance of social distancing, hand washing, cough etiquette>>
тЬУ Itz going to be a long war>> we r actually fighting it.. cases r rising everyday..
тЬУ Avoid touching ur eyes, mouth and nose with ur unwashed hands..
тЬУ Corona is a reality, not a myth; and it kills, and kills badly>>
тЬУ If u don't believe me, ask patients who have recovered, or their relatives>>
тЬУ If we don't care for ourselves, remember we have our grandparents, parents who r more susceptible;
u may get away with it, but they may develop complications..who LL be responsible then??
тЬУ Remember young people r less susceptible to develop complications, but that doesn't mean they r totally immune.. COVID affects young patients also and some develop complications too..so don't be under this misconception..
тЬУIt affects not only patients, but their families: physically, emotionally, socially.. stay safe and take all precautions..
