Migrant from Karnataka , 13 yr old girl with 25kg weight ,132 cm height came with pain in abdomen on and off . MRI s/o hematosalphinx , ? Bicornuate uterus with collection in rudimentary horn.
We did a lap excision of rudimentary horn and dilated hematosalphinx under GA , histopathology proved the same. She came smiling to OPD for follow up today and I must say girls are born strong !!
