18–65 वर्ष का स्वस्थ व्यक्ति, जिसका वजन कम से कम 45–50 किलो हो और हीमोग्लोबिन पर्याप्त हो, रक्तदान कर सकता है। बुखार, संक्रमण, गंभीर बीमारी या गर्भावस्था की स्थिति में रक्तदान नहीं करना चाहिए।

🩸 रक्तदान हर तीन माह के अंतराल में किया जा सकता है।
