A Unique Case Of Dental trauma in young adult patient, where the Rt side incisor got displaced and intruded in the nasal chamber, It was relocated and splinted followed with RCT in both central. The splint was removed after 3 months and follow up cbct were taken. Both the central show no mobility and are firm as CT also shows a good amount of bone remodelling along with the repositioned tooth.
