Are you new to meditation and not sure where to start? I’ve got you covered! Here’s a simple guided meditation to help you ease into the practice:

Find a Quiet Space: Sit comfortably in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed.

Focus on Your Breath: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale gently through your mouth.

Body Scan: Starting from your toes, slowly bring your attention to each part of your body. Notice any sensations, tension, or relaxation.

Positive Visualization: Visualize a peaceful place, like a beach or a forest. Imagine yourself there, feeling calm and serene.

Mantra: Choose a word or phrase that resonates with you (like β€œpeace” or β€œI am calm”) and repeat it silently to yourself with each breath.

Try this for 10 minutes each day and notice how your mind begins to feel clearer and more focused.
