Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis) 🎾πŸ’ͺ

Despite the name, yeh sirf tennis players ko nahi hota β€” repetitive gripping, lifting, ya wrist extension se common ho jata hai.

Basically, forearm muscles ke overuse ki wajah se lateral elbow pe micro-stress develop hota hai, jo pain aur weakness create karta hai ⚑

Common signs:
πŸ”Ή Elbow ke outer side pain
πŸ”Ή Grip weak feel hona
πŸ”Ή Cup uthate waqt ya wrist extend karte waqt discomfort

Rehab is where things actually improve πŸ’―
βœ”οΈ Load management (overuse control)
βœ”οΈ Progressive strengthening (especially wrist extensors)
βœ”οΈ Eccentric exercises
βœ”οΈ Grip training + functional movements

Quick fixes nahi β€” structured rehab = long-term relief 🧠πŸ’ͺ

Elbow pain ignore mat karo.
Get it assessed & fixed right.

Fontanelles πŸ§ πŸ‘Ά

These are the soft spots on a baby’s skull where the bones haven’t fused yet. Instead of being a weakness, they’re actually a smart design.

Why they matter:
πŸ”Ή Allow the baby’s head to mould during birth
πŸ”Ή Give space for the rapid brain growth in early life
πŸ”Ή Help clinicians assess hydration and intracranial pressure

Main ones to know:
πŸ”Έ Anterior fontanelle β€” largest, usually closes around 12–18 months
πŸ”Έ Posterior fontanelle β€” smaller, closes by ~2–3 months

Over time, these soft areas gradually ossify and form a solid skull 🦴

Small structures, but clinically very important.

The spine also called the vertebral column β€” is the central support structure of the human body 🦴

It is made up of 33 vertebrae stacked one above another, forming a strong yet flexible column that supports body weight, protects the spinal cord, and allows movement. 🧠

The spine is divided into five regions:

πŸ”Ή Cervical spine (7 vertebrae) – supports the head and allows neck movements like flexion, extension, and rotation.
πŸ”Ή Thoracic spine (12 vertebrae) – connects with the ribs and helps form the rib cage, protecting vital organs like the heart and lungs. ❀️🫁
πŸ”Ή Lumbar spine (5 vertebrae) – the strongest part of the spine, responsible for bearing most of the body’s weight and allowing bending and lifting. πŸ’ͺ
πŸ”Ή Sacrum (5 fused vertebrae) – connects the spine to the pelvis and helps transfer body weight to the lower limbs.
πŸ”Ή Coccyx (4 fused vertebrae) – commonly called the tailbone, important for ligament and muscle attachment.

Between most vertebrae lie intervertebral discs, which act as shock absorbers and allow smooth movement of the spine. βš™οΈ

A healthy spine relies on good posture, strong core muscles, and proper movement mechanics. Poor posture, repetitive strain, or lack of movement can lead to stiffness and back pain over time.

Take care of your spine β€” it literally supports everything you do. πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ
