Every Indian born before 01 Jan 1977 is now eligible for COVID-19 vaccine.

• Vaccination sessions in our hospital will continue on every working day from 9 AM to 4 PM.
• Please bring your Aadhaar or other governement issued photo ID card.
• Please reach the third floor directly using lift.
• Prior registration is not mandatory.

1 ಜನವರಿ 1977 ರ ಮೊದಲು ಜನಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಈಗ ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ಲಸಿಕೆಗೆ ಅರ್ಹ.

• ನಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯಾಕ್ಸಿನೇಷನ್ ಪ್ರತಿ ಕೆಲಸದ ದಿನದಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 9 ರಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆ 4 ರವರೆಗೆ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುತ್ತದೆ.
• ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆಧಾರ್ ಅಥವಾ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಇತರ ಫೋಟೋ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ ತನ್ನಿ.
• ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಲಿಫ್ಟ್ ಬಳಸಿ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಮೂರನೇ ಮಹಡಿಗೆ ತಲುಪಿ.
• ಮೊದಲೇ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
