Patient assessment and evaluation done when reached at aarogyam day 1,
Analysis done by doctor saloni sharma made it clear that the patient have following problems which are as follows:

✅Hyperactivity
✅No seating indurance
✅Jumping not achieved
✅Do not Donn and doff
✅Do not follow command
✅Less eye contact
✅Not interested in writing
✅Less concentration on task
✅Do not share anything with friends
✅Do not intract properly

After assessment and transformation journey patient has achieved following milestones and have improvised in:

✅Reduced hyperactivity.
✅Increased Seating indurance.
✅ Started self donning doffing.
✅Follow command .
✅Started eye contact .
✅Improved writing skills.
✅Improved social interaction .
✅Jumping improved
✅Concentration improved.
✅Started sharing things with friends.

Visible improvements with in one month and happy patient with there family is all team of aarogyam want🤗
