Yoga for Women-
Menopause & Beyond.
Sept to Dec 2025 & Jan 2026 onwards.
Over the last 20 years we have worked with so many women (busy home makers, corporate workers, single moms & more), struggling daily with these multiple common conditions, that are treated in isolation and not realizing that they are all related to menopause.
Dealing with close family members/ office managers/ friends who at most times, think youre "imagining" all this- the joint pains, frozen shoulder, knee pains, other shifting pains, incontinence, UTIs, constipation, bloating, other digestive issues,sleep disruptions, emotional upheavals, anxiety, lack of worthiness & depressive feelings.
And at times even most docs, just giving meds for isolated issues and not viewing the these disruptions as corelated to menopause.
This can be immensely overwhelming & painful.
Smita & I, who have both been through & overcome these stages ourselves, really want to be able to support a wider audience of women, for them to know that life during peri menopause & menopause can be really different & comfortable too.
Our vision is help women feel stronger, brighter, energetic & own this stage of life, like a badass.
The Program:
Yoga for Women- Menopause & Beyond.
This is a group program designed to ease the transitions of pre-menopause and menopause.
(Suitable for women, ages 35 to 60, with no serious health issues).
Each 60 minute session blends appropriately:
breath oriented, mindful yet strength enhancing movements (using the tools of vinyasa krama), vedic chants, invocations, visualisation & deep relaxation.
To address:
Hormonal balance
Sleep quality
Brain fog and mood swings
Bone, joint & muscle health
Digestive wellness
The Facilitators:
Dia & Smita will create a safe, restorative space to nurture body and mind through this important life stage- as a powerful beginning — a time of wisdom, strength, and transformation.
They will also gently support all participants in building a home/personal practice, review current habits & patterns that impact health & well being.
