We don't learn from experiences, we learn from reflecting on the experience.

Self reflection is a practice. Many of us do not want to reflect upon bad experiences, however the experience keeps playing in our head.

Self reflection is a very important component of self growth.

Reflect on the what and why of the events of the day, like.
What did you do that you were or werent proud of? Why do you feel the way the you did
What went right and what could have been done better
What could you do to do it better the next time.

The struggle and pain behind someone's smile is something that we may never know. Painful su***de of a 34 year old actor, Sushant singh is like a calling bell in our lives asking us to open doors to mental health and accept it. We should start wondering why is it that we do not discuss and seek help for these conditions like we do for a fever or headache? Depression is real and it as real as any physical illness. The painful incident once again raises the concerns around the mental health and the importance of awareness. With the current crisis many may be wondering what it exactly looks like to be in depression:
Please consider depression when you have the following for more than 2 weeks..
Depressed mood
Loss of interest in previously enjoyable activities, Changed food and sleep habits
Lack of energy,
Feeling worthlessness
Difficulty in concentrating / making decision and
