Surgical Management of such fracture dislocation is realignment of humeral head into joint and fixation with plate.

78 year female, had fracture neck femur 5 years back, avn femoral head and secondary arthritis hip, fibrous ankylosis
since then inability to walk since many years ,
3 cm shortening of leg,
Operated with Total Hip Replacement, achieved equal leg length after surgery and mobile hip
Patient started walking finally after span of years.
