Depression, stress, anxiety, overthinking etc are very common these days. people are now more vocal about these issues. An increasing number of people are approaching counsellors to find solutions to these problems. There is still a large number of people who shy away from approaching mental health practitioners due to the stigma associated with "Psychiatric treatment" or taking "therapy". Although we are apparently comfortable to let the world know about our BP or diabetes or heart problems, we are reluctant to acknowledge that emotional pains just hurt as much. Don't suffer silently. There are certified counsellors, licensed therapists and psychologists who can give you much relief by putting your thoughts into proper perspective. You will not only develop a fresh insight into your problems, you will also find solutions to your most nagging pains. Doctors (psychiatrists) have wonderful drugs to offer as well. The way your stomach pain wont go away by watching Netflix, emotional pain wont go away by distracting yourself.
