Unfortunately, there also tends to be a significant stigma attached to anything related to mental health, which is why itโ€™s so essential that we acknowledge good mental health efforts and work to overcome any such social conditions.

Do not get trapped in any social stigmas and conditions that could prevail you from seeking help and realizing your own mental health condition. It is always a good idea to seek professional help in stabilizing constructive behaviors, emotions, and thoughts, it further increases our productivity, enhances our self-image, and improves relationships.

What is an exam?
Tests and exams are a valuable way to assess a student's level of knowledge. They could be tough or easy, depending upon the level of oneโ€™s knowledge of the subject of the exam.
But mere this definition is not sufficient to give a complete picture of what exams actually look likeโ€ฆ.
Exams create a different environment altogether. Especially in India, from parents to students, everyone is under deep stress, the reason behind it can be the competition and comparison inhabited beside exams. Apart from this, peer pressure and school pressure make the situation worse.
Exam fear can lead to anxiety and stressful situations, ultimately resulting in poor performance in the exams.

It is important to recognize the unknown fears at the back of the mind, which can lead to the development of exam fear. The reason could be lack of preparation or fear of failure, peer pressure, or own expectations to perform excellently in the subjects.
While stress at low levels can help you concentrate in a better way, a higher level of it can lead to problems such as anxiety, depression, or even panic, while the examination. It is always a good idea to stay mindful of the level of stress while exams and preparations in order to perform well in the exams.

In evolutionary terms, fear of judgment makes sense as relating to the need to survive in society.
For our ancestors, being evaluated favorably, rather than judged for any shortcomings, would have
meant a higher chance of survival. With continuous development and change in time, yet today
wrong judgment can give us a huge amount of suffering. It is true that even today wrong judgment, can mean losses in terms of income and incentives but at the same time, it is important to know and recognize the extent to it.

Recognizing the fear of judgment, and having control over it, can lead to enhanced ability in ourselves and a better life.

But people often judge and are judged merely on basis of their external wisdom. Mental health is of vital importance to any human, but a lot of times people tend to ignore, their own mental issues and refrain from taking breaks because of the burden of expectations and not-so-important issues. Also at times people going through tough phases of their life are not aware of their own mental health. If things are quite overwhelming for you. It's alright to ignore the external expectations and non-important issues of life and take some break in order to get back to a healthy mental state.
