My life is going at some quantum speed right now and I cannot make any sense nor head nor tail of it, and in the midst of it all, here we are.

The family constellation facilitator training program has taken roots💫

The seed has sprouted!

And all of us are fully ready to nurture and cultivate it into a beautiful forest!🌳🌳🌳

I have been feeling so many emotions for the last 3 days that it is difficult to write anything more right now. But stay tuned for so much more that this group and this community is about to bring to you!

Nana turned either 90 or 91 today. We are not sure.

But who cares.

I call him our King of Pentacles(if you know the reference). He built everything from scratch. He is not even 10th pass. He took care of a big family and provided everything he could.

I know him as a handsome, happy person who loves a good political discussion, good food, good clothes and getting pictures clicked😎

However, time is moving rapidly.
His faculties are fading.
His responses are limited.
His body weak.

But his love isn't.

He calls randomly to check if we are ok.
And disconnects the call even more randomly😂

He is happy when family is around, children make noise and everyone is being fed. Even when he can't hear much.

Who knows how much time we have with him but whatever we have is precious. I'm guilty of not taking out enough time to go meet him(or them - नाना नानी) but I know they love me and I love them.

Life flows from them to all of us, the family🩷

P.S. what a random set of sentences I have put together🙄 whatever!

This is one of the books that has changed my life.

When I started reading this book for the first time, I couldn't go past the first chapter. It felt heavy and difficult to understand.

I was lost in Hellinger's poems and metaphors!

I looked for other books on the same topic and felt relieved that I didn't have to read this one.

However, as I got training in the work, learnt more and practiced more, I picked it up again. And the second time, it felt easier.

And it blew my mind!

Every chapter, no, every page is full of deep wisdom. The simplest of the sentences explain the philosophy of life and death.

Suddenly, I started seeing my own family dynamics clearly. With every read, I uncover a new layer or go deeper I to the previously peeled layer. Hmmmm!

So much to learn and unlearn!

I'm reading it again for the 3rd or 4th time to prepare myself for the upcoming Family Constellation Facilitator Training Program.

In the training as well, we will be reading this book together for a deeper understanding and application of the work.

Change begins at home — haven’t we all heard this growing up?

But what if that wasn’t just a saying?

What if it was the truth of how we heal the world?

When we do the inner work — when we choose to heal our wounds, look at our patterns, and take responsibility for our emotional legacy — we don’t just change our own life.

We shift something in the field of our family.
We loosen the grip of inherited trauma.
We soften the edges of cultural conditioning.
We plant seeds of awareness in those around us.

✨ One home at a time.
✨ One family system at a time.
✨ One individual at a time.

When we heal, we ripple.
When one person changes, they inspire others to look within.
They give silent permission to others to choose themselves, too.

This is how transformation moves — from the inside out.
From the inner world to the outer one.
And it always, always starts with us.

This is my jam!

So much wisdom has filled my life from Family Constellation Work - trainings, workshops, books, articles, videos and of course, working with so many people.

Birth of The Sacred Circle
