🙋‍♀️💯I love this amazing quote, hence I preach and follow it. Health is wealth, without it, you have nothing. We all know that but do you live upto it though?
If you workout early in the day, it just gets done. It boosts your day. Otherwise, it's so easy to come up with excuses not to workout as your day unfolds (hungry, stressed, tired, need to go home, family time, social time, office time) blah blah blah....and we push it to the next day. And that tomorrow never comes.
💡How you treat your body today determines whether you will be healthy or sick, when you turn seventy...!

👉☺️Try to stop and watch the difference it makes. One should try to avoid sugar and sugar products. Too much sugar is bad, but when having in moderation, it doesn't harm. Incase when one cannot resist it at all, they can switch to artificial sweetners and there are many options. When having sugars, our immune system becomes weak for next 2 hours.☹️
If you want to have white sugar, then one should first count the calories and then add it in your diet accordingly, which is:-👉 1 tsp = 4.2 grams = 16 calories.
✔️ That's why, t is good. 😃🥗🍹☺️

👉Often, when we are following a structured diet program, we are being advised to have lots of veggies in our diet. Reason: veggies have lots of micronutrients, vitamins and minerals. Being insoluble and high fibre food it prevents us from constipation, and lastly you feel full for longer duration which keeps munching junk food at a Bay.... But we often get confused as to which vegetable is appropriate for us, and doesn't affect our progress. So, we look for veggies with lowest calorie counting, so that we can enjoy it in large quantity along with regular exercise ☺️ .

I am a Nutritionist and Wellness Expert by passion and profession. I focus on conducting comprehensive nutritional consultation and creating distinctive meal plans to meet the needs of each client. Hence, I want to spread awareness and promote fitness by helping people get a fit. With my experience as a fitness instructor and nutritionist, I decided to spread my knowledge to encourage people to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

People often believe that dieting and being thin is healthy, but that is not that case. There are two secrets to promoting good health; exercise and eating the right food.

I am a fitness enthusiast seeking a future in bringing change to society. I started my career as a fitness instructor at Flabburn fun and dance fitness centre which was started by me in Mumbai. I taught Zumba, Aerobics, Yoga, Functional Training, Body Weights Exercise and Gym exercise to encourage fitness over dieting. I later took up the initiative to learn about food and nutrition. As a young adult, it was always my passion to promote a healthier way of living.
