Homemade Nut & Seed Protein Powder
Ingredients:

1 cup almonds
½ cup cashews
½ cup walnuts
½ cup pistachios
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup oats
½ cup unsweetened milk powder
Instructions:

Roast in Waves:
Dry roast each ingredient (except chia seeds and milk powder) in a pan over low-medium heat until lightly golden and fragrant.
Do this in batches to ensure even roasting and to avoid burning the nuts.
Cool:
Let everything cool completely before grinding.
Grind:
First, grind the roasted nuts, seeds, and oats into a fine powder using a high-speed blender or food processor.
Add chia seeds and pulse a few times (they can release oil if over-blended).
Mix in the milk powder at the end.
Store:
Transfer the protein powder to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place or refrigerate for longer shelf life.
Use:

Add 2–3 tablespoons to smoothies, milk, yogurt, or baked goods for a nutritious protein boost.
