【बिरसा, ज्योतिबा और डॉ0अम्बेडकर】

शनिवार को बलांगीर (ओडिशा) से लौटते समय नया रास्ता पकड़ा, पटनागढ़- खपराखोल - नयापारा का। बढ़िया जंगलों वाला रास्ता था जिसमें इक्का दुक्का गांव मिल रहे थे। इसी रास्ते मे मालपड़ा गांव के छोर में एक हायर सेकेंडरी स्कूल मिला जो 1951 में बतौर हाईस्कूल स्थापित था। जंगल के लिहाज से यहां इतने पुराने स्कूल को देखकर हैरानी और खुशी दोनों हुई।

स्कूल को पार करते ही सड़क के दायीं ओर देखा तो देखता ही रह गया। जंगल में 15×8 के टाइल्स लगे चबूतरे पर आठ फीट ऊंची बिरसा मुंडा, ज्योतिबा फुले और डॉ0भीमराव अंबेडकर की प्रतिमाएं लगी थीं। अपने शिल्प, आकार और लोकेशन के कारण इन विभूतियों की यह प्रतिमाएं अलग ही प्रभाव छोड़ रही थीं। गौरतलब है कि इस निर्माण में बनानेवाले, बनवानेवाले किसी के भी नाम की कोई पट्टिका नहीं है। मैं सोच ही रहा था कि इसे किसने बनवाया होगा तभी सड़क पर दो लड़के आते मिले। मैने उनसे इनके नाम पूछे तो उन्होंने बताया। फिर पूछा कि यह किसने बनवाया तो उन्होंने बताया कि इस स्कूल के प्रिंसिपल सर ने गांववालों के सहयोग से बनवाया है।

हम रुके, इन्हें नमन किया और आगे बढ़े। यह देखना अद्भुत था कि इस निचट देहात में यहां के लोगों ने इतिहास की इन विभूतियों को एक मंच पर खड़ा कर दिया है।

THE STORY OF A BABY GIRL WITH GIANT CONGENITAL MELANOCYTIC NEVUS
Kosir /sarangarh । It is a matter of year 2014 when we first joined the job in community health center BARAMKELA as a medical officer for CHIRYU (RBSK). Didn’t know at that time what to do. After training in CMHO RAIGARH, we had to go to school anganwadi centers and do health check – up. For the first time we went to Govt. P.S. Banwaspali of Baramkela block, where during our health check – up we saw a child Vrindawati (MUNIYA) class of 2nd, whose left face (temporal region left sided) was deeply affected. Black spots on which thick black hairs was seen growing , which looked like a gorilla. We immediately referred her to the district hospital Raigarh for better treatment or management.
Second year again our CHIRAYU team went to that school for health check – up then that Vrindawati (MUNIYA) appeared to us we did the same process. But even after many years passed, the children and parents also didn’t pay attention and didn’t go. Now in 2021 this girl has reached class 8th middle school JHAL and the problem of CONGENITAL MELANOCYTIC NEVUS is increasing day by day. She is feeling uncomfertable even going to school and also here & there. Then her family memberes staretd remembering all the things told for the treatment at that time.
With the great effort of our CHIRAYU team and also the persuasion of her school teacher Mr. Sanjay panda ji and her village teacher shri Kishor ji, now they have agreed for the treatment. Whose free treatment or plastic surgery operation will be done in DKS Super speciality hospital Raipur through CHIRAYU scheme.
Presently i am working in community health center sarangarh as a medical officer of CHIRAYU. Indeed this noble and holy work is very difficult. All the officers and employees of CHIRAYU have an important role in this difficult task. District’s Ex CMHO Dr. Keshari sir, New CMHO Dr. F.R.Nirala sir, Raigarh Dist. nodal Dr. Yogesh patel, BMO Dr. Panigrahi, BPM shri N.L.Ijardar ji, CHIRAYU’s officer Dr. Prabhudayal Khare, Dr. Surendra Singh, Dr. Neetu, Praveen, Kavita, Anita, Radha all have main roles.
