Well to be honest.
I was not posing, it’s just a random click.
And there is a story too-
When i was coming out of the endoscopy.

on that day-
there was a case that we have to solve after that procedure in the class,

We did everything, saw every report, and after all these we came to a conclusion that patient have- Cardiomyopathy, and not only this Multiple organ failure, signs of Stroke. And many more.
And when we argued this after 3-4 hours- we got to know patient is already dead because of COVID-19
🤦🏻‍♂️ it was really a good experience that the report of COVID-19 was negative. And then also he had that disease .

So,
The moral of the story-?????????????????

If your job doesn't make you work with a smile, you chose the wrong job.
After finishing the differential diagnosis, it’s really a relief.
And now it’s time to prepare for the finals.
And hopefully 🤞🏻 we will do our best.
Keep the smile always because everyone looks good after wearing this.

I don’t know why I’m smiling,
But probably, the smile comes when you see the patients, trusting you, and you saw them improving, doing better day by day.

I know this profession takes alott. But at last when you see this same smile on patient’s face. It’s worth.

The average term to be settled life for a med student is 12-14 years. And trust me in between this—
He already saw alott in himself/herself-

And after that also people says he is so lucky.
Broooo it’s HARDWORK.

We loose our loved ones, our peace of mind, physical state. And many more.

And some leave us behind just by saying. You don’t have time for me, or you are broke, or i need my life, I can’t wait for you so long.

This profession takes alot. Trust us. And respect us.

This boy is going through a regular checkup as a daily routine, having a DM type 1. And the injection site shows little inflammation..

Well in this journey, we have to go through many ups and downs, so keep some patience and stay on your dream.
One day it gonna be working.

Is one of my favourite quotes of all time, and it's one of the first quotes written in Bailey.

My mid half of clinical diagnosis over today, along with the regular clase discussion we were taught many valuable soft skills of communication, patient interaction, morals and values of a doctor and the cost of a life, somethings which you can't learn in books, but only through experiences. Clinical postings require patience and a will to make mistakes and learn to improve next time. So blessed to have amazing teachers and mentors in our hospital. All aside, we already lost one patient.
