I am deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to speak at APCOG 2023 about “ Laparoscopic Pregnancy Cervical Cerclage” at Madhavi Convention Center in Kadappa. I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire organizing committee who made this event possible, with a special shout-out to Dr. Tejaswini and Dr. Samita. Their exceptional hospitality and meticulous attention to detail made the whole experience nothing short of amazing.

The cultural event was a celebration of diversity and a perfect representation of the vibrant spirit of Telangana. I was also treated to the delightful flavors of Andhra cuisine, which was truly the cherry on top.

All our life we dedicate ourselves to healing others. But today , let's take a moment to reflect on our health and wellbeing.

Remember, just as we guide our patients, our journey towards health also matters. You are your first patient. The healthier you are, the more effectively you can guide others towards health.

Never forget that self-care is not selfish, it is a prerequisite to care for others. Balance is key, not only in medicine but also in life. Attend to your body's needs, nourish your mind, rest adequately, and find joy outside of work.

Your loved ones need you as much as your patients do, maybe even more. Treasure your family, cherish the moments you share, and carry their love and support with you as you navigate your challenging profession.

It's been an emotional day here at the clinic, filled with reminders of why I chose this path in medicine. Five years ago, I had the privilege of bringing a pair of miracles into the world. Today, these radiant twins came to visit with smiles wide enough to light up a room, their progress a testament to the unwavering love and resilience of their remarkable parents.

I feel my work is more than just a job, it's a calling. A calling that's filled with moments of challenge, but even more so, it's filled with overwhelming joy. These are the moments that truly illustrate the magic of life, the moments that I am profoundly grateful to be a part of.

The road to parenthood is often fraught with worry. But to witness the outcome, to see these tiny beings grow into vibrant children, makes every challenge worth it. I am reminded today of the profound responsibility that comes with my profession, and the immense trust placed in my hands.

This is why I do what I do, and I wouldn't have it any other way. To my patients, past, present, and future, thank you for allowing me to share in these precious moments of your lives. Here's to many more years of delivering joy, one baby (or in this case, two) at a time. 🌟
