2. Express yourself – Share something you never had the courage to say. If you need to cry, cry—there is no judgment. Let it go once and for all.
3. Chant Mantras together – We will chant “OM” in unison.
4. Energize each other – Each person will take turns sitting in the center while everyone else holds them in their thoughts, sending blessings and positive energy.
5. Energize or charge water – We will hold a bottle of water together, infusing it with our intentions, and then drink from it.

Note: After 7:30 PM, you may not be able to find us as we will all switch off our phones.
