✈️ एयर इंडिया फ्लाइट AI-171 हादसा: प्रमुख अपडेट्स

दुर्घटना की जानकारी:

• एयर इंडिया की लंदन जाने वाली फ्लाइट AI-171 (Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner) ने अहमदाबाद से दोपहर 1:38 बजे उड़ान भरी।
• उड़ान भरने के केवल 59 सेकंड बाद विमान ने नियंत्रण खो दिया और बी.जे. मेडिकल कॉलेज के छात्रावास से टकरा गया।
• विमान में कुल 242 लोग सवार थे – 230 यात्री, 10 क्रू सदस्य और 2 पायलट।

⚰️ मृतकों और घायलों की संख्या:

• हादसे में अब तक 274 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि हो चुकी है – इनमें विमान में सवार 241 लोग और ज़मीन पर मौजूद 33 लोग शामिल हैं।
• पांच MBBS छात्र, एक रेजिडेंट डॉक्टर और एक डॉक्टर की पत्नी की मौत की पुष्टि हुई है।
• 9 डॉक्टर और उनके परिवार के सदस्य भी हादसे में मारे गए।
• लगभग 50-60 MBBS छात्र घायल हुए हैं, जिनमें से 2-3 ICU/HDU में भर्ती हैं।

🩸 ब्लड डोनेशन की ज़रूरत:

• घायलों के इलाज के लिए O-negative ब्लड की भारी कमी है, जो सभी को दिया जा सकता है।
• अहमदाबाद के नागरिकों ने शानदार प्रतिक्रिया दी:
o Red Cross Navrangpura में 5 घंटे में 550 यूनिट रक्त संग्रह हुआ।
o Prathama Blood Centre में रोज़ की तुलना में दोगुना डोनर्स पहुंचे।
o NGO और मेडिकल संगठनों ने मिलकर 900+ यूनिट रक्त इकट्ठा किया।

🏥 राहत और बचाव अभियान:

• करीब 50 घायलों को सिविल हॉस्पिटल अहमदाबाद में भर्ती कराया गया है।
• भारतीय सेना के 130 जवान, NDRF, NSG, और DGCA की टीमों ने राहत कार्यों में भाग लिया।
• शवों की पहचान के लिए DNA प्रोफाइलिंग की जा रही है:
o अब तक 87 DNA मिलान सफल हुए हैं।
o 24 शव परिवारों को सौंपे जा चुके हैं।

📦 ब्लैक बॉक्स और जांच:

• विमान का ब्लैक बॉक्स (कॉकपिट वॉयस और फ्लाइट डेटा रिकॉर्डर) बरामद हो चुका है।
• शुरुआती जांच में इंजन फेल्योर, फ्लैप्स की समस्या या बर्ड हिट की संभावना पर ध्यान केंद्रित है।
• गृह सचिव की अध्यक्षता में उच्च स्तरीय जांच समिति बनाई गई है, जिसकी रिपोर्ट 3 महीने में अपेक्षित है।

🧑‍⚕️ चिकित्सा समुदाय की प्रतिक्रिया:

• IMA और FAIMA ने इस दिन को "ब्लैक डे" कहा है।
• छात्रों और युवा डॉक्टरों की मौत को देश की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए अपूरणीय क्षति माना जा रहा है।

💵 मुआवज़ा और मदद:

• टाटा समूह ने प्रत्येक मृतक के परिवार को ₹1 करोड़ देने की घोषणा की है।
• अस्पताल पुनर्निर्माण और मेडिकल छात्रों को सहायता देने का वादा भी किया गया है।
