Excited to have completed another ACE Specialist certification!
In addition to being a Functional Training Specialist, I’m now officially certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist too!
This journey has been all about helping people move pain-free, build strength, and thrive in their daily lives—whether that’s through everyday activities or specialized exercise programs. Form, function, and intentional movement make all the difference.
Grateful for the awesome learning experience and ready to put it into practice. Eager to share, guide, and empower others to move better and feel better.
