Including green colour and bitter taste regularly in the meals help to stimulate liver to produce new bile and flush old toxic bile out of the body. Liver is the most important organ involved in digestion, detoxification, fat metabolism, for good skin, hair and bright eyes.
Try to little raw greens everyday either as salad, juice or smoothies.

Simple recipe to address sweet craving:
Oat meal brownie:
Ingredients:
-1 cup rolled oats
-1 cup almond milk preferably little thick
-2 tbsp peanut butter
-2 tbsp cacao powder
-1 tbsp flax seed powder
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/4 cup liquid jaggery (kakvi)
-1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients well and bake at 180 degree centigrade for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!

Recipe
3 cups of thick coconut milk
soaked cashews around 3/4 cup soaked dates around 3/4 cup.
All the ingredients blended together nicely.
Pour in the moulds and keep them to set.
Can add coarsely chopped, roasted almonds and pistachios to add a crunch.

In fact, it is an important building block of every cell in the body, It is essential for all metabolic processes. 50% of people who died of sudden heart attacks did not have high cholesterol. I am a practising Naturopath since 2010. I have completed my M.Sc, M.Phil and later completed my bachelors in Alternative Medicine BAMS(AM) with Naturopathy as a specialisation.
