एंटीबायोटिक का अंधाधुंध प्रयोग — एक खतरनाक प्रवृत्ति!

हालिया अध्ययन में पाया गया है कि बाज़ार में मौजूद 30 एंटीबायोटिक दवाओं में से 28 दवाएं अब प्रभावहीन होती जा रही हैं। इसका मुख्य कारण है—

✔ बेवजह एंटीबायोटिक लेना
✔ डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना दवा शुरू कर देना
✔ गलत डोज या आधा-अधूरा इलाज
✔ नकली/कम गुणवत्ता वाली दवाएं
✔ संक्रमण की सही पहचान न होना

⚠️ परिणाम:
दवाएं असर नहीं कर रही हैं, संक्रमण बढ़ रहा है और मरीज अधिक गंभीर स्थिति में पहुँच रहे हैं।

🩺 कम्युनिटी मेडिकल काउंसिल ऑफ इंडिया सभी नागरिकों से अपील करता है—
1️⃣ एंटीबायोटिक कभी भी स्वयं से शुरू न करें।
2️⃣ बुखार/खांसी/जुकाम में तुरंत एंटीबायोटिक की जरूरत नहीं होती।
3️⃣ डॉक्टर द्वारा बताई गई पूरी डोज ही लें।
4️⃣ दवा की गुणवत्ता और वैधता हमेशा जांचें।
5️⃣ संक्रमण का सही टेस्ट कराएँ — तभी सही इलाज संभव है।

👉 याद रखें:
एंटीबायोटिक दवाएं जीवन बचाने के लिए हैं, बिना ज़रूरत के प्रयोग से ये बेअसर हो रही हैं।
भारत को एंटीबायोटिक रेजिस्टेंस की गंभीर समस्या से बचाने के लिए हम सबको जिम्मेदारी निभानी होगी।
