👩‍⚕️ From Misguided to Miraculous: The Incredible Journey 👩‍⚕️

Two years ago, my patient walked into our clinic with a heavy heart, having been misdiagnosed and mistreated for molar pregnancy, leaving her feeling hopeless about ever holding her own child 😢. Her previous doctor had advised a drastic solution: removing her uterus, shattering her dreams of motherhood and deemed her plight as mere misfortune.

But her story took a turn when she found her way to us. With a year of dedicated treatment and unwavering hope, our incredible team, led by Dr. Harsh*tha infertility specialist we worked tirelessly to turn her despair into joy. 💪 And today, we’re overjoyed to announce the arrival of her healthy baby boy, weighing 3.1 KG! 🎉👶

Picture this: Dean of Jabalpur Medical College, Prof. Dr. Gita Guin, and Prof & Senior Consultant of the gyne-oncology department, Dr. Rani Bhat, sitting by the roadside, sharing a hearty laugh. Last August, while on our way to the Valley of Flowers, we were stranded for 6 hours due to a landslide. Despite exhausting all options like exploring nearby eateries and pleading with strangers for restroom access, we were losing hope as it was a Sunday with no clearing efforts in sight. Then, Dr. Gita sprung into action. With the help of locals, she relentlessly called every politician and police officer in town, putting pressure until a local politician came down to meet us and cleared the road within 45 minutes. This experience taught me that the best moments often arise from unexpected challenges. Here’s to the resilience of women and cherishing those unexpected moments, even if they involve sitting by the roadside. Because when you look back, it’s those moments that bring the biggest smiles. I remember by consultant Dr. YN Chia from Singapore telling me that - we mimic our boss, so be careful because people working under you will mimic your actions.…. this rings in my ears everyday. When my patients think that my junior doctor and my specialist nurse have same compassion as me towards my patients…I know I am taking forward my boss’s Dr. Chia’s legacy 😊Was blessed to have such great mentor in my life. Dr. Rani is a very passionate, dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable and a very caring doctor and the same reflects in her team(Dr. Mona and Yashoda mam). She explained us everything regarding my issue(endometrial cancer), did proper diagnosis. She listened to us very patiently and cleared all our queries regarding the complete procedure of the treatment.She took utmost care of me physically, mentally and emotionally.When you have a good doctor who supports you completely, it plays a very important role in fighting the cancer as it requires strong will power.I got a very good care at the time of my surgery by Dr. Rani and Dr. Mona, they took care of me like a own family member and due to that only I handled the procedure well.
After surgery also, Dr. Rani and Dr. Mona used to visit me quite often in the hospital.
Regarding post operative care, Dr. Mona really helped me alot for all my doubts no matter how many times I have asked her. After my discharge, she always provide response to my queries.
With Yashoda sister, we have a very seamless experience in taking doctor's appointment.

Depression in women: women are nearly twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with depression. Depression can occur at any age. Stop doubting yourself instead of saying mirror mirror on the wall who is the fairest and smartest of the all….say mirror mirror on the wall……I am the smartest & fairest of all 😍.
Some mood changes and depressed feelings occur with normal hormonal changes in women. But hormonal changes alone don't cause depression. Other biological factors, inherited traits, and personal life circumstances and experiences are associated with a higher risk of depression. What I’ve learnt from my experience is that don’t let people judge you (people associated with me know that if someone tries that stunt with me…God bless them, because I rip them apart 😂), love yourself, do what makes you happy, exercise regularly, have healthy diet & importantly remember you live for yourself not for the world. Don’t hesitate to ask for help and talk about it because remember depression is common and it’s treatable. One kind soul who is doing tremendous work in this field is .s2k 😍❤️. Happy weekend guys….don’t stop loving yourself…😊.
