I have mostly been dwindling between survivor and thriver on rare occasions I take on victim role too.

Even after being a space holder and healing facilitator?

Yes!
It’s important for you to know that, we are each in our individual journey and have our battles to overcome.
I am aware though when I take on the roles, knowing the path doesn’t discount me either of the emotions and experiences and there’s always more to learn & unlearn

I still am a beginner in so many aspects, I too fall and so will you.. the more graceful we are about this, the effortless the transition becomes

What’s worth highlighting ⭐️ is to not fixate on being a thriver even, completely healed.

The more important aspect here though, is to be aware of where we are, what we have left behind and where we are headed.

just knowing this will make us more open to change and observe without identifying with the experience we are going through.

The difference is only a matter of perspective

Seeing the world & others as a threat, To seeing the world & other’s as reflection or redirection to learn and to grow from.

In Every relationship there are points of disagreements, difference of opinions or thoughts & ideas. This is when you can Notice through your own response, what role you take on… Grasping or Holding?

Grasping —is “Force misdirected” things will blow way out of proportion and what started as a small inconvenience will give rise to Turmoil and anguish in both people involved.

Why this happens??

We grasp when we feel the need to control everything, to feel safe

When we grasp we take up our role as opposition immediately. Our story of who we are & what only we need becomes more important than finding a resolution or growing through a conflict of interest.

We grasp out of fear, out of trauma of rejection
We grasp when we seek external validation or approval

// With Self honesty if we become Aware of this tendency in us to grasp, it becomes easier to move into a place of holding.

Holding —is a balance of force & letting go taking place simultaneously.

In Holding you truly listen,
it is to neutrally see what role you might have played in the situation.

Listening helps you also to see everything as it is. Without holding biases & this allows everything that takes place from here to actually assist you in your growth and evolution.

Holding helps you see the bigger picture. That this situation doesn’t define who you are or what you are

Sometimes it can also be that the other person is simply projecting the war they are having with themselves upon you

& sometimes you have carried guilt or shame to attract such a situation in the first place.

Holding gives way to realising the primary purpose and intention, which is to find a Resolution… a middle ground

Energetic & Karmic significance of being born in India

The soul's choice of nationality also plays a big role in its life path, receiving lessons and enrichment by marinating itself in that specific culture, in order to grow.

“Bharat mata” is also, a part of the Feminine force “Mother Earth” itself like all the other lands

In this unity her individuality still stands True of being very rich.

Rich in divine resources which is what was materialised when Bharat was known to be the richest of all lands.

The exterior wealth though forcefully extorted didn’t leave this land barren for it was the spiritual wealth that made it so invaluable.

Being born in a country of sages and rishis gives us, the advantage of having easy access to the wisdom of sacred scriptures and yogic methods.

These teachings can help one, develop a meaningful connection with “Self”, thereby helping us to evolve your consciousness.

For as Sri Aurobindo mentions, "evolution of consciousness is the central motive of terrestrial existence."

By connecting with our higher “Self”, you are able to live with one eye firmly focused on the inner world while the other is actively engaged in the material reality.

This elliptical awareness makes rightful action or good karma possible because we are driven by the idea of the highest good of all.

The understanding of Dharma and Karma can then navigate and harness our pursuit of success in a world that is largely driven by self-absorption, greed, and hunger for power.

The Choice we made as a Soul though will only benefit us when we wisely utilise what was given or handed over to us by this Land.

It’s not enough being born into this land,

it’s even more so important to see it not as a commodity & Treasure all her offerings with utmost gratitude & be of service to her as she has always been to us.

SOUL POTENTIAL as 🪷 ~•Playful Surrender •

We are here to live to our Soul’s fullest potential but, on our journey we tend to close up unconsciously in order to protect ourselves from hurts and bruises along the way which limits our experience Naturally then —to bring you back into order The Universe places you in such a way that, you attract situations or events that challenge your way of being & this will continue…
Not until, you step back and realise ‘Oh! am I holding myself back somewhere?’
‘Am I letting my past dictate my future?’

& then further moving into allowing ourselves to DISSOLVE that which we store unconsciously

This process of uncovering & dissolving what has been keeping us from living our true fullest potential is known as HEALING.

With intention, ALLOW yourself to step into the highest version of yourself, Home to your personal power…
& from this heightened state, start to release & let go of all that is weighing you down, holding you back,

all that is waiting to be cleared will Make Way for Who you always were ‘DIVINE’.

‘That —which transcends, time and space and proves the existence of Godliness in this Universe That, is Love!’

Love is also that which, stirred me into the direction of awakening myself & continues to lead me still when I go astray…

‘Love’ never stops giving and Love is who we become when we stop seeking, start being
‘Love is Us’ in form.

Love is the calm in our daily storm

Love isn’t from here
It’s not formulated like gold,

Love is of divine origin
that guides us back to our soul!

Let love be our guide in this human journey

Reshaping Reality 🌟🐉

Time for us to not cling on to the old ways of being and to embrace what’s coming through for us at this time.

Lay the groundwork by setting a clear intention for what you choose to experience.

Revisit it, everytime you feel this wavering need for stability or familiarity.

Go back to your intention & you’ll see everything is going just the way it’s supposed to be.

What we once knew isn’t applicable anymore

so shift, adapt & let life show you the way forward.

Let it reveal to you where you’re holding on, rigid or a little fearful.

This way your level up, the more refined version of you shall step in it’s place.

At the Heart of Spiritual Counselling a sacred space is born✨
Returning to Self, Dropping the position of healer or healee, mentor or mentee being taught by the divine solely —into the vast expanse we journey together as two souls… not one lower or above the other and soon enough we are all transformed, with a glimpse of heaven unchaining the past we return back home to ourselves again & again —freed at last!
