Do this every 2 hours ⏱️
🧍‍♀️ Stand against a wall.
🚶‍♂️ Tuck your chin slightly.

Back pain can happen to anyone—but YOU can take control! 🙌 Whether you sit at a desk all day, lift heavy objects, or just have nagging aches, these simple Do’s & Don’ts could bring you real RELIEF:

✅ DO:

Keep moving—gentle walking and stretches can ease pain!

Maintain good posture—sit and stand tall, shoulders back.

Use a chair with good support when sitting.

Apply heat or cold packs to soothe ache and reduce swelling.

Listen to your body. Change positions if something feels wrong!

❌ DON’T:

Don’t slouch or hunch over your phone or laptop.

Don’t stay in bed for days—too much rest can worsen stiffness.

Don’t ignore severe, shooting, or persistent pain.

Don’t lift with your back—use your legs, keep objects close!
