So you are having bloating even after taking healthy meals. So bloating may not be directly related to what is a healthy or unhealthy portion, but the actual content in it. So if you're taking milk-based products or if you're taking a lot of beans, if you're taking onions in your healthy diet, you may not be able to process these foods. So there is something called as FODMAP diet. So if any of this FODMAP content is in your diet, you may have intolerance to it, causing bloating. So you have to look for if there is any intolerance because of such content in your diet and eliminate it to avoid bloating even when you're taking a healthy diet.
