While we are all cooped up at home, what's the best way to make the most of your time? A quarantine checklist to keep your well being in track seems to be the right answer here!

Here's what we recommend:
- 30 minutes of exercise
- 8 hours of sound sleep
- 15 minutes of meditation
- 2 servings of fruits
- Drink plenty of fluids
- Immunity concoction
- Spend quality time with family
- Listen to music or dance - any activity that helps you calm your soul
- Eat frequently but control the portion size
- Highly recommed light and frequent meals
- Reduce salt and sugar intake
- Limit your screen time
- Have dinner by 8 pm

Pros:
Protection against cirrhosis of the liver

Cons:
