There are many benefits to regular stretching. Not only can stretching help increase your flexibility, which is an important factor of fitness, but it can also improve your posture, reduce stress and body aches, and more.
When most people think of fitness they think of cardiovascular and strength exercise, but there is another important component of fitnessโ€”stretching. If you want to develop and maintain optimal fitness, be sure to include stretching in your daily regimen. Stretching is not only critical to athletic performance, but to overall health.

Stretching offers numerous health and fitness benefits:
