Niranjan's Transformation Studio is a result oriented personal training studio where we are aiming maximum fatloss with minimum equipment as well as personalised nutrition.
1. Minimum equipment, maximum fatloss- Weight training is very easy, but fancy gyms have made it complicated by installing equipment which look like robots in the Transformers Movie. We are going to reinforce the basics in the fitness industry. Niranjan's Transformation Studio will have only those equipment which are absolutely NECESSARY for strength training. We aim to make people believe that fitness is possible and doable, anywhere and everywhere. This studio will focus on Calisthenic and Free Weight exercises to help you lose fat, build your endurance and increase your strength.
2. Minimum admissions, maximum attention- Almost every gym that we see today is overcrowded. Many people who are new to fitness lifestyle have to wait for 15-20 mins just to do one set of squats on that squat rack. At Niranjan's Transformation Studio, we aim to break all the rules of how a gym should run. We will only allow maximum 4 students on the floor in one batch of 60 mins. As this is a personal training studio, all of them will be getting personal training under a personal trainer.
