Over the course of two inspiring days, a capacity building program brought together co-workers from various states under one roof, fostering connection, learning, and renewed purpose. The gathering was more than just a training, it was a moment of reflection, alignment, and collective growth for the Prayas family.

Guiding this journey were the leaders of the organization: President Mr. Kaushal, Founder and Mentor Mr. Amod K. Kanth, General Secretary Mr. Jasvir Malik, and Governing Body Members Mrs. Vandana Jena and Mr. Amitabh Srivastava. Their presence and insights set the tone for the workshop, offering clarity on the organizational structure, its long-term vision, and the diverse thematic areas that Prayas engages with.

Throughout the sessions, meaningful discussions unfolded around how the organization can grow stronger from internal coordination and communication to field-level implementation and thematic alignment. The leaders shared their experiences and wisdom, encouraging participants to think deeply about their roles and the collective mission they all contribute to.

The two days were filled with dialogue, collaboration, and shared understanding. Co-workers brought in voices from different states, exchanged ideas, and explored ways to move forward together with greater strength and purpose.
