MIX VEGETABLE PATTIES

INGREDIENTS

Boiled potato
Boiled beetroot
Gratted carrot
Chopped green chillies 3
2 hrs soaked sabudana
Salt and pepper as per taste
Amchoor powder
2 tbsp of bucket wheat flour for binding

Method Of Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, add more flour if needed for binding.
Make round patties and shallow fry them on a heated tava.
