ere I had the experience of handling aesthetic dermatology cases and training in various lasers. I then went on to pursue a Training course in Mesotherapy in Spain, at Europe's largest skin institute of international repute, where I was trained under some of the world renowned dermatologists. I was in charge of training and clinical trials at Kaya and have worked in various clinic across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and the Middle East. I am one of the very few Indian doctors to have received a formal and intensive training in advanced Botox and fillers through ‘Understanding Human Facial Anatomy' workshops . This ensures a thorough understanding of facial anatomy when dealing with facial sculpting and augmentation. I have done extensive research on 'The effects of peels on Indian Skin' and presented papers for the same in the IADVL conference. My special interest is in Macular Amyloidosis, my dissertation topic and have done an Original study of the causes of pigmentation using Electron Microscopy.

Understanding Retinol the antiaging superhero!!

An easy metaphor to know the concentration and thereby the strength of retinol you are using, is our everyday coffee choice!
Cappuccino, the mildest of coffees is retinol equivalent, has just one shot of expresso.
Macchiato, is stronger than Cappuccino, with a double shot of expresso and is equal to a retinal.
Expresso, the strongest coffee without any dilution is our retinoic acid. This is only a prescriptive product cause it needs to be monitored by a dermatologist.

Welcome to my state of the art Skin and Hair clinic, Think Skin Clinic on Sarjapur road.

I am a Dermatologist, passionate about making people love their skin... I believe that healthy skin is an achievable goal and we can all look and feel beautiful with some patience and products!!

Educational Qualifications: MD, DNB, Gold Medallist from Grant Medical College & JJ Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. Advanced Training: In Mesotherapy from Aesthetica Spain, Advanced Facial Sculpting from Allergan (Dr. Arthur Swift) Special Interests: Facial Asethetics, Lasers, Botox, Threads and Fillers. Experience: After completing post graduation in dermatology, I have worked in Kaya Skin Clinic where I had the experience of handling aesthetic dermatology cases and training in various lasers.
