Founded on the 3rd of August, 2014, Mynd Your Fitness (MYF) is the brainchild of a team with significant years of experience in the corporate world, having dealt with teams, managers, CXOs and clients at different organisations. All these experiences have been incubated to bring out extremely relevant ways to manage realistic exp

ectations, apprehensions and goals of employees across various strata of an organisation. MYF Fitness LLP, registered in 2017, is now a 360 degree solution provider for Health and Fitness. By providing a fully customised program, to manage "triggered discipline” for Health and Lifestyle, we facilitate your desire to lead the life of your choice. Vision:

•⁠ ⁠Multiple children? Submit the form once per child (e.g., two kids = two separate forms).
•⁠ ⁠Last date of registration: 20 June.
•⁠ ⁠Entry fee: ₹300 (applies only to non-MYF members; pay via the QR code on the flyer).

Tracking Your Activity
•⁠ ⁠Use any GPS-based app (Strava, Garmin, MapMyRun/Ride, Apple Health, etc.) or a smart-watch/treadmill that stores distance and date.
•⁠ ⁠Save a screenshot or public activity link each time you run, cycle, or walk.
•⁠ ⁠Treadmill / indoor-bike sessions count if the distance is clearly displayed.
•⁠ ⁠A separate link will be shared for this to everyone who registers

Weekly Updates
•⁠ ⁠Every Sunday, we’ll share a Weekly Progress Form in the group.
•⁠ ⁠Upload your screenshots/links and total distance covered for that week by 9 p.m. Saturday (IST).
•⁠ ⁠We’ll publish a leaderboard every Monday so you can track your standing and stay motivated!

Finisher Criteria & Prizes
•⁠ ⁠Hit or exceed your category’s total distance between 21 June–20 July.
•⁠ ⁠All Finishers receive an Achiever’s Certificate.
o MYF members: plus a MYF-branded gift / voucher.
o Non-members: plus 1-month FREE group-training pass.
•⁠ ⁠Top 2 finishers in each category earn special prizes & social-media shout-outs.

Safety & Fair Play
•⁠ ⁠Hydrate, wear proper shoes/helmet, and follow local traffic rules.
•⁠ ⁠Kids under 14 yrs should ideally work with a parent/guardian present.
•⁠ ⁠Only genuine, timestamped activities count—no manual distance edits.
•⁠ ⁠The organising team reserves the right to request additional proof if any data appears inconsistent.

•⁠ ⁠We will add you to the “I am Fit 2025” WhatsApp group for reminders, tips, and to cheer each other on.

Reset During a Hectic Workday.

We all juggle between deadlines, emails, back-to-back calls, decision-making, and fatigue the entire day. Our minds never truly rest.

We rarely allow our minds the space to truly unwind during work hours and we always have our excuses ready. What if we told you it only takes two minutes to hit the reset button?

Wellness need not be a full-hour commitment. It can begin with something as simple as a mindful pause.

Try these 2-Minute Reset tricks:
1. Move away from your screen; Stand, stretch, or step into a quiet corner
2. Close Your Eyes & Breathe Deep, Inhale for 4… hold for 7… exhale for 8. Do this for 5 rounds. Let the exhale be longer to calm your nerves
3. Name one thing you're grateful for, your morning coffee, a supportive teammate, or even your chair that lifts your mood
4. Ask yourself, what is it that you want to achieve today?

A quick mental and emotional reboot will help you handle the pressure better. All this can be achieved without any prop or technology, just your breath, your awareness, and two mindful minutes.

For People Managers: Encourage your team to take these Mindful Mini-Pauses and see how it transforms their focus and emotional clarity.

Spot These Burnout Signs: Why Early Detection is important in Corporate Wellness?

Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. It sneaks in quietly, with the late-night calls, skipped meals, overtime, deadlines to be met, and the everyday stressors that are considered “normal” at work.

In today’s hustle-driven work culture, burnout has become alarmingly common, but yet remains invisible. Here are key signs of burnout HR needs to watch for in their team, their colleagues, and for that matter even themselves:
• Chronic Exhaustion: Employees feel fatigued, mentally foggy, and uninspired all the time
• Loss of Focus & Productivity: Burnout steals energy, leading to a drop in performance; Deadlines are missed, Small tasks feel overwhelming, and Motivation drops
• Poor Mental Health: The mind becomes cluttered, and attention span shortens
• Emotional Numbness or Detachment: Employees may appear quiet, withdrawn, or indifferent
