Registration:
• Fill the Google Form: https://forms.gle/tnRxKPzv1wzEwrXg7
• Multiple children? Submit the form once per child (e.g., two kids = two separate forms).
• Last date of registration: 20 June.
• Entry fee: ₹300 (applies only to non-MYF members; pay via the QR code on the flyer).
Tracking Your Activity
• Use any GPS-based app (Strava, Garmin, MapMyRun/Ride, Apple Health, etc.) or a smart-watch/treadmill that stores distance and date.
• Save a screenshot or public activity link each time you run, cycle, or walk.
• Treadmill / indoor-bike sessions count if the distance is clearly displayed.
• A separate link will be shared for this to everyone who registers
Weekly Updates
• Every Sunday, we’ll share a Weekly Progress Form in the group.
• Upload your screenshots/links and total distance covered for that week by 9 p.m. Saturday (IST).
• We’ll publish a leaderboard every Monday so you can track your standing and stay motivated!
Finisher Criteria & Prizes
• Hit or exceed your category’s total distance between 21 June–20 July.
• All Finishers receive an Achiever’s Certificate.
o MYF members: plus a MYF-branded gift / voucher.
o Non-members: plus 1-month FREE group-training pass.
• Top 2 finishers in each category earn special prizes & social-media shout-outs.
Safety & Fair Play
• Hydrate, wear proper shoes/helmet, and follow local traffic rules.
• Kids under 14 yrs should ideally work with a parent/guardian present.
• Only genuine, timestamped activities count—no manual distance edits.
• The organising team reserves the right to request additional proof if any data appears inconsistent.

• We will add you to the “I am Fit 2025” WhatsApp group for reminders, tips, and to cheer each other on.
