I am thankful to JCI Baroda Alkapuri for giving me this opportunity of taking session on the event of MENSTRUAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK. 👍

Various asanas and pranayam to be perform during periods were explained in detail along with anatomy. 🧘‍♀️
We had also discussed about the diet to be followed during periods. 🥬🥒🍎

The benefits of moonlight 🌚 during periods were the cream part of the session🌗🌕🌓

Good afternoon Guys, I am sooooo happy and excited to share that YOG- The ANUBHAV has delivered mindfulness session in Concentric call center at PAN INDIA LEVEL.. 🥳🥳🥳 with more than 100 participants....
Due to company policy all the participants had kept their cameras off.
