PAWANMUKTASANA
This asana activates the flow of prana in the manipura(solar plexus) chakra. Activation of this chakra helps increase self-esteem, motivation and joy. . .
Meaning:- Pavana is wind
Mukta is release or relieve
Asana is posture
Do:-
1- Try to keep legs together.
2- Relax the body and breathe normally in the pose.
3- Point the toes. . .
Benefits:- 1- Stretches the neck and back.
2- Blood circulation is increased to all the internal organs.
3- Digestive system is improved.
4- Relieves constipation.
Avoid:- 1- Those suffering from high blood pressure, slip disc, ulcer should not do this asana.
2- In pregnancy and menstruation women should not practice this. . .
