A burning sensation in the chest isn’t always “just acidity.”
While it could be acid reflux or gastritis, it may also point to heart conditions, lung issues, or even anxiety.
👉 If it happens often after meals, it could be GERD (acid reflux).
👉 If it comes with sweating, jaw/arm pain, or breathlessness — it could be a heart emergency.
👉 If it lingers with cough or fever, it may be respiratory-related.
