Are you also Fond of Eating bakery items ?? Cakes,pastries,khari, toast, biscuits, muffins and what not !!
Do you also celebrate each little occasion with your loved ones eating Bakery stuff!?!

Then Please remember these items are Mainly made with no fiber atta -maida ( although these days you can make it at home replacing maida with other atta) , but are loaded heavily with fats and Sugars!
But you CAN NOT BAKE WITHOUT ADDING FAT.
They contain vegetable fat , saturated fats. - Fats that are highly harmful for your health.
Plus they do contain high sugar or salt too !
( Don't say that you bake using jaggery or dates and so its not harmful) !

So If you really Love your Loved ones! Take care of their Health and yours too !
Avoid eating Bakery Items as 1st step towards Good Health!

We often end up using cosmetic products and external applications to get good skin and Neglect the Food we eat or how well is our Digestive system !

If yes, then let me clear you it is the biggest Myth regards Weight loss !

It will slow down your metabolism leading you to burn lesser calories and thereby No Weight Loss.

Have Healthy Breakfast.
Eat more Fruits instead to Fruit juices.
Have more vegetables and soups
Have fiber rich meals.
Have plenty of Water . Don't make season an excuse! (be it winter summer or monsoon.! )
Eat in moderation. Prefer eating in smaller plates. ( to enhance satiety value of ur meal ! )

Eat wise. Drop a Size.

Our Ancestors have even said : " Don't measure/ count food that you eat. " .
But These days there are many smart apps that allows you to measure calories of food you eat ! Specially, people who are on a weight loss diet are too concious about what they eat. Sometimes it even leads them to various psycological disorders.

So Please Please Please Understand FOOD IS NOT JUST ABOUT CALORIES. It is also Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats , MINERALS like calcium, iron , magnesium, selenium, VITAMINS like thiamin , riboflavin - b complex group as a whole , d,c,e , ANTIOXIDANTS !
Food acts as fuel for your body and provides Nourishment to your organs.
So there are various Nutrients that are equally important for Good Health.
Considering just calories and neglecting other nutrients may lead to Nutritional Deficiencies at long run ! ( Low b12, low d3 , low hb etc)

So just stop counting calories of everything you eat. INSTEAD EAT MINDFULLY. Eat Food that contains other Nutrients also !

There are lots nd lots nd lots of fruits veggies grains millets available for us .. eat them. Have variety in your meals. Don't just stick to one fruit or one daal or those same common 2-3 sabjis. Each food have its own Benifits and Hazards ( if overconsumed).
Foods that Heal are are also Foods that Harm you . So Eat well balanced diet which is even varied within itself.
Even keep rotating cooking oil.
Avoid practice of having table salt ,pickles and preserved items in your meal .

Prefer fruit juice over sugary beverages like Sharbats or soft drinks or Alcohol even . !

These Simple little things that take care of ,then Eating Helathy can be not only right choice but easiest choice!
