The neural networks for physical and emotional pain are not entirely separate; they overlap significantly. This shared neural pathyway explains why physical and emotional pain can feel similar and why experiencing one affects the other. Psychosomatic diseases are on the rise. More and more ailments like BP, diabetes, IBS, acid reflux, constipation, thyroid imbalances, hair loss, hormonal imbalance, infertility, PCOS, Migraines etc have their root causes hidden in mental health, along with poor food habits & lifestyle.
