Smears shows atypical malignant cells in groups, sheets, three dimensional clusters and isolated scatter. Bizarre tumor cells along with signet ring cells are also seen.

Positive for malignant cells. --suggestive of metastatic adenocarcinoma ? stomach ? lower GI origin.
Cell block preparation with IHC advised.
