Young male presented with acute back pain with left lower limb radicular pain.On MRI found to be left L5-S1 disc prolapse with nerve root compression.

He underwent Endoscopic L5-S1 discectomy.He started walking painfree very next day and got discharged.

Middle aged man presented with back pain and difficulty in walking.For the same he underwent MRI suggestive of Intradural Extramedullary tumour.Patient underwent surgery for tumour excision and on post operative day 3 patient got discharge pain free and without any deficit.

Myth:Spinal cord tumour surgery has high post operative morbidity with deficits.

Young male presented with recurrent episode of seizure.Underwent Mri suggestive of Anterior skull base meningioma.He underwent Craniotomy and tumour excision.Patient discharged on Post operative day 5 without any neurodeficit.
