🌟 Recently Conducted School Health, Adolescent S*x Education & Guided Meditation Program 🌟

Just a few days back, our team conducted a School Health and S*x Education Program at a nearby school, along with a special session of guided meditation for the students.

The program focused on equipping adolescents with essential knowledge about puberty, menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, nutrition, consent, emotional well-being, and the importance of mental wellness.

The guided meditation session was especially appreciated, helping students relax, improve focus, and understand simple techniques to manage stress and emotions.

The students participated enthusiastically and asked thoughtful questions, reflecting the positive impact of such awareness initiatives.

A heartfelt thanks to the school administration, teachers, and our dedicated team for supporting this meaningful program.
